Understand the V2 template designs for invoices, packing slips, drafts, and refunds, and how the no-code editor works.
Overview
GST Pro V2 ships a set of professionally designed templates you can customize without code. Each document type (invoice, packing slip, draft/estimate, refund) has one or more designs, and every design exposes settings (logo, colors, columns, fields) through a visual editor. Your customizations are saved per store; the base designs stay intact.
Document types and designs

Designs are referenced internally as design-doctype (e.g. bold-invoice, orbix-packing).
You don't need to type these — you pick designs visually in the editor.
Choosing a design
- Bold — clean, high-contrast layout that works for most stores.
- Orbix — modern, spacious styling.
- Sharp / Sharp V2 — compact, data-dense invoice for stores with many line items.
- Celestial — a more decorative invoice style.
Customizing a template
Open the template editor
In GST Pro V2, go to Templates and pick the document type, then a design.
Adjust settings
Use the settings panel to set your logo, colors, which columns show (HSN, GST rate, taxable value), the QR block, and custom fields. Changes preview live.
Save and set as active
Save your changes. The active design for a document type is what GST Pro uses when generating that document.
Result
You have a branded, GST-compliant template for each document type, customized to your store without writing any code.
